Terms:

You agree to pay Yacht Consultants Asia (HK) Ltd. the total of 10% of each Employeer agreed yearly base salary as a Headhunting Fee.

• 50% of our fee is payable immediately upon the hiring of the employee(s).
• Final 50% of our fee is payable immediately upon a successful standard 3 (three) month probationary period, providing the employee(s) remain in your employ in any way.
• For short term employment situations of less than 3 months you agree to pay a fee of 10% of the employees(s) total estimated labor requirements, immediately upon hiring the employee(s).
• For the purpose of this agreement, the term Employee(s) means anyone you hire, who was referred to you by us.
• Special Terms must be negotiated with us before submission of this form.

1. Yacht Consultants Asia (HK) Ltd. reserves the right to refuse interaction with any company or individual for any reason and without explanation.
2. Yacht Consultants Asia (HK) Ltd. cannot be held responsible for the skill level, or work ethic of the Company, Candidates or Employees, for any reason at anytime. You agree to accept 100% of the responsibility of your relationship with the employee.
